Dreams Bahia Mita Surf & Spa Resort
We have secured a special group rate package at Dreams Bahia Mita Surf & Spa Resort and are holding inventory for Tamara and Brandon’s guests traveling from November 2 to November 9, 2024 departing from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) to Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR).
Guests wishing to stay a shorter duration in Puerto Vallarta or flying out from a different airport, we will be happy to assist with a customized quote. Please contact us at info@theeventeur.com.
All rates below are for the one week all inclusive package from Toronto, inclusive of round trip flights, all inclusive hotel stay, airport transportation, and all applicable taxes.

*Child pricing is based on a child sharing a room with two adults. Double occupancy rate will apply if child is the second guest in the room.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A deposit of $300.00 CAD per person is due by March 1, 2024 to secure your room and group rate.
Final payment is due by July 19, 2024.
CANCELLATION POLICY
(Per person)
90 days or more prior to departure: $300.00CAD penalty per person
90-60 days prior to departure: 50% penalty of total price per person
60-0 days prior to departure: 100% penalty of total price per person
NAME CHANGES
30 days or more prior to departure – $50.00
Within 30 days prior to departure – $250.00
Within 21 days prior to departure – $300.00 – subject to approval by airline.
FLIGHT TIMES
Flight times and schedule to be determined by Air Canada Vacations 6 months prior to departure date.
Departure and arrival schedule are subject to change at any time at Air Canada Vacations.
BOOKING

Kindly note that we have a limited number of rooms blocked in each category, and they are subject to availability at the time of booking on a first come, first serve basis.
In order to be included in the room block and seats that have been pre-reserved guests cannot use a gift card, credit or Aeroplan points. If you would like to book using Aeroplan points or credit, you would need to book directly with Air Canada.
