We have secured a special group rate block and are holding inventory for Suanet & Dillon’s guests traveling from May 7 to 10, 2025. A three night minimum is required to take advantage of the group rate.
For guests wishing to book alternate dates outside of the room block, rooms/rates may vary and nights are subject to availability by the hotel.
Kindly note that we have a limited number of rooms blocked in each category and they are subject to availability at time of booking as rooms are available to all guests on a first come, first serve basis.

Junior Suite
The following rates are quoted in USD, PER PERSON, PER NIGHT and based on an ALL INCLUSIVE plan, taxes included.
Single Occupancy (1 adult in a room): 611.00 USD per night
Double Occupancy (2 adults in a room): $336.00 USD per person, per night
Third and Fourth Adult: 166.00 USD per person, per night
Child (3-12): $120.00 USD per child, per night
*For triple/quadruple occupancy: First two guests pay double occupancy rate. Third and forth guests pay triple/quad occupancy rate.
Child pricing is based on a child sharing a room with 2 adults. If child is the 2nd passenger in the room, child pricing will not apply; the adult will pay the single occupancy rate and child will be charged the child rate.

The following rates are quoted in USD, PER PERSON, PER NIGHT and based on an ALL INCLUSIVE plan, taxes included.

Double Occupancy (2 people in a room): $344.00 USD, per person, per night
Third and Fourth Adult: 166.00 USD, per person, per night
Child (3-12): $120.00 USD, per child, per night

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A deposit of $300.00 USD per room is due by November 6, 2024 to secure your room and group rate.
Final payment is due by February 6, 2025.
CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 90 days prior to departure – initial deposit is non-refundable.
89 to 45 days prior to departure – penalty of $300.00 USD per room.
44 to 0 days prior to departure – 100% total penalty for any cancellations, reductions and no shows.
