We have secured a group rate and are holding inventory for 3 nights from Thursday, October 17 to Sunday, October 20, 2024. Additional nights may be added to each guest’s reservation, however, please note that they are subject to availability and live rates.
As only a limited number of rooms have been reserved at the group rate, we highly recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible to ensure availability.
Please keep in mind Casa de Campo does not allow entry onto the property to non-hotel staying guests.

ALL INCLUSIVE PLAN
The following rates are quoted per person, per night based on an all inclusive plan. Taxes & fees are included.
Single Occupancy – one guest in a room: $594.00 USD per person, per night
Double Occupancy – two guests in a room: $383.40 USD per person, per night
Triple Occupancy – three guests in a room: $324.90 per person, per night
Child rate (4-12 years old): $134.40 USD per child, per night**
**Child pricing is based on a child sharing a room with two adults. Double occupancy rate will apply if child is the second guest in the room.
CASA DE CAMPO ALL-INCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE
INCLUSIONS ON THE ALL-INCLUSIVE RATE:
Accommodations with 1 (one) 4 passenger touring cart.
Breakfast, lunch, snacks (2) and dinner, one per person, per day at Resort restaurants listed below or room service with delivery charge extra. (Some surcharges may apply. Additional meals are not included).
Daily unlimited room service (delivery fee applies on room service) plus all daily snacks and beverages.
Unlimited drinks by the glass and House wine at Resort’s restaurants listed below, bars, lounges, Oasis Cart.
Not Included: (Special Liquor, wine in bottles, mini-bar, and coffee Breaks, premium bottled water, specialty cognacs & liqueurs, additional cocktails receptions).
Unlimited Non-motorized sports at Minitas Beach. (Kayak, Paddle boarding, snorkeling gears etc.).
Unlimited horseback riding (reservations required).
Unlimited use of the fitness center and tennis courses (personal trainers available for an additional charge).
Twenty-five shots of skeet/trap at the shooting center experience (one -1) time per adult during stay
Wireless Internet in the room. (Hotel Capability).
Concierge service to assist with reservations and all personal requests.
Complimentary return shuttle service to; Golf courses, The Marina and Altos de Chavón.
Children’s rate includes participation in all age-approved daytime activity programs.

Additional Notes:
Children considered from 4-12 years old.
Children three years old and under are free when staying with two paying adults.
Maximum occupancy for the suite is four guests.
3 adults and 1 child = 4 // 2 adults and 2 children = 4 // 4 adults = 4.
The Hotel confirms rooms; not bedding type, locations, or views.
Check-in time 3:00 PM / Check-out time 12:00PM
Early check-in or Late check-out, subject to availability, additional fee may apply.
Unused all-inclusive package components non-transferable & non-creditable.
No Pets allowed.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
50% of total stay including applicable taxes is due at the time of booking your stay.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The deadline to reserve your room is July 9, 2024.
CANCELLATION POLICY
365 to 31 days prior to group’s arrival, hotel will refund in full all payment collected at that point.
30 days or less prior to the group’s arrival, full length of stay will be charged. No refund will be issued on individual bookings at 29 days or less, for early departure and for no-shows, taxes will apply to cancellation fee as per Dominican Republic law.
