We have secured a group rate and are holding inventory for all of Madison & Jomo’s guests traveling from March 20 to March 23, 2025. A minimum of 3 nights is required to take advantage of the group rate. Please ensure you book your room through our booking link to ensure that you are registered as our wedding guest with the hotel.

The hotel would be happy to add additional nights to each guest’s reservation based on preferred travel dates, pending availability. For guests wishing to book alternate dates outside of the room block, rates may vary and nights are subject to availability by the hotel.

Payment Schedule

A deposit of $200.00 USD per room is due at time of booking to secure your room and group rate.

The deadline to submit your deposit and secure the group rate is November 15, 2024.

Reservations must be secured with a MasterCard or Visa credit card valid up to date of departure. Only one credit card will be accepted as payment for each reservation.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to the credit card used at the time of initial booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received before December 18, 2024 have no penalty. 91 days or more prior to scheduled arrival no penalties applicable.

Cancellations on or after December 19, 2024 will incur $200 penalty. Between 90 – 61 days prior to scheduled arrival, deposit is non refundable.

Cancellations on or after January 18, 2025 will incur 50% penalty. Between 60 – 31 days prior to scheduled arrival, 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed.

Cancellations on or after February 17, 2025 will incur 100% penalty. Between 30 – 0 days prior to scheduled arrival, 100% of the total room revenue will be assessed.

No shows are non-refundable and will be charged entire stay of confirmed reservation.

Early departures are non-refundable and will be charged for the entire stay of confirmed reservation.
