Destination Wedding Planner
Paris believes that the magic is in the details. With a passion for design and an extraordinary eye for aesthetics, she specializes in crafting celebrations that are not only seamless but also stunningly beautiful. Paris may be the most organized person you have met. Her custom workbooks, Excel sheets, and master lists ensure a flawless execution of all events. Her commitment to perfection means that every design choice is intentional and every detail is thoughtfully considered. Paris leads our groups to unique destinations and works closely with Mahla on a select number of events each year.

Daniela is one of our expert wedding planners, based in Cancun. Native to Mexico, she has all the secret locales and stunning backdrops this paradise has to offer. Daniela brings an exceptional level of attention to detail to every event, meticulously coordinating every element to ensure a cohesive, flawlessly executed celebration. Daniela’s calm demeanor and ability to navigate on-site challenges are often revered by venues, industry partners, and clients alike.

Lead Wedding Planner
Ximena is a proud Mexico City native and is passionate about bringing your unique love story to life. At The Eventeur, her greatest joy comes from transforming clients’ wedding visions into stunning realities, especially witnessing those beautiful “I do!” moments. Ximena excels at flawlessly orchestrating large celebrations, South East Asian weddings, and multi-day events in both Mexico City and Cartagena. She also leads a fair number of smaller events annually in Cabo and Puerto Vallarta.

Meet Kim. She is our fantastic Guest Concierge and administrative assistant. When it comes to ensuring your loved ones arrive smoothly, Kim is on top of it. She is a dependable presence behind the scenes, supporting our team and coordinating internal workflows. As most of her time is dedicated to assisting Phung, she soon becomes a familiar name to your guests.

The Eventeur was born out of necessity. We saw couples torn between impersonal resort packages and fragmented services, so we built a different kind of planning house ~ blending destination wedding planning with in-house group travel.
Design, logistics, group travel ~ effortlessly handled, beautifully executed, all under one roof.
With over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality and event production, The Eventeur is more than a planning firm; we’re your creative partner in bringing intentional, immersive celebrations to life. Rooted in design and driven by wanderlust, our team curates elevated, multi-day experiences across Mexico, the Dominican Republic, the Caribbean, and beyond.
